Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the VehicleWarrantyHub website and any account, form or message connected to it. Using the site in any way means accepting these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

VehicleWarrantyHub publishes general information about auto warranties, vehicle service contracts and the mechanical systems they may name. The site is educational in nature.

VehicleWarrantyHub is not a warranty provider, an insurer or a repair facility, and nothing on the site is legal, financial or mechanical advice. Coverage decisions always rest with the provider named in a contract.

The site is intended for adults who are able to form a binding agreement where they live. Submitting a form confirms that the person submitting it meets this requirement and is providing information about themselves.

Some features require an account. Account holders agree to:

• Provide accurate, current details and keep them up to date
• Keep the password private and not share access with others
• Report any unauthorized use of the account promptly

VehicleWarrantyHub may suspend or close an account that appears to be misused or that breaks these terms.

Visitors may not use the site to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's information
• Interfere with the site, its security or its servers
• Copy, scrape or resell site content without written permission
• Send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited promotional material

When a visitor agrees during signup, VehicleWarrantyHub may send service related and promotional text messages to the number provided. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply.

Replying STOP ends text messages, and replying HELP returns assistance details. Agreeing to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.

The site may reference or link to outside websites, warranty providers or service contract companies. VehicleWarrantyHub does not control those parties and is not responsible for their content, pricing, contract terms or claim decisions. Any agreement made with a third party is solely between the visitor and that party.

All text, graphics, logos and layout on the site belong to VehicleWarrantyHub or its licensors. Content may be viewed and printed for personal, non commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.

The site and its content are offered on an as is and as available basis. VehicleWarrantyHub makes no promise that information is complete, current or error free, or that the site will run without interruption. Visitors should always confirm coverage details directly with a contract provider.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VehicleWarrantyHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or dealings with any third party provider, including denied claims or repair costs.

Any dispute related to the site or these terms will first be raised informally through the contact details below. Disputes that cannot be settled informally will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law does not permit it.

• No class actions or class arbitrations are permitted
• Small claims court remains available for qualifying matters

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
